I'm unable to locate the configuration file for my Intranet applications. Do you still use a configuration file? Configuration file is still created - but because of the changed privileges system in Windows since Vista and up, applications usually can't write into the windows system folder, so the .ini files are created in a "virtual store" folder in the current user's home directory, usually located at C:\Users\\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Windows.
If you run the bootp server as administrator (right click->Run as administrator) then the ini files will be created in Windows folder (usually c:\windows) as on systems prior to Vista. The registry settings will also be created in HKLM\Software\Distinct\Apps\BOOTP32 instead of the virtual store location.
